HOGS HELPING HOGS
When visiting Bike week in Daytona beach,why not take a short run up the coast to Bunnell FLorida, where hidden among the farm fields you will find one of the most surprising and dedicated people aournd. Lory Yazurlo basically cares for over 500 abandoned or abused pigs of all types by herself,from her wheelchair. severly injured in a truck accident years ago she takes on the daily duties of feeding and watering all the pigs. It is rare that any help is around,but the pigs must be fed and watered. I am posting this to see if there is any interested bikers that would want to see and possibly help out during this week. If I get a good response then I will set up a day or two with Lory and we will open for tours and all. We are just starting to rebuild the Sanctuary and with any help we can make it a loving and safe place for the pigs to live out their lives.

Oceanwalk is a brand-new 1st Class time-share Resort located on the ocean across from the Ocean Center, and 2 1/2 blocks N. of Main St. in Daytona Beach. I won't be able to go this year, so need to rent it for Biketoberfest week. It has a Jacuzzi, 1 very nice Ocean View Bdrm. with king or queen bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room,(sleeps 4 with privacy), full kitchen, washer & dryer, indoor and outdoor pools on site, decorated in bright "beachy" colors. you won't be disappointed! I'm asking $30 a night per person ($840 the whole week). Going rate is $399 a nite!! This unit is on the 18th floor, so you get quite a view! You can pay by PayPal if you add 3% to the cost.

HiYa guys (& Ladies) Can anyone advise on a noise problem on my 2000 night train ?? I changed the primary chain adjuster for a self adjusting adjuster, It now changes gear much easier & without clunking (except going into 1st) But when the engine is warm it makes such a loud wirring noise. So loud that at tick over I can hear it above the exhaust. I'm thinking about re-fitting the original adjuster. & yes I can't remove anymore of the shaped plates under the adjuster. Any Offers Of Advice Welcome ??

I just had a wonderful time attending Daytona Bike Week 2002 as Fleet Week Coordinator for The New York Harbor Watch, the military newspaper, and I'm hoping the biker community will be interested in joining with us this special year. (You may have seen me driving the lime green, purple polka-dotted Corbin Sparrow around Daytona having more fun than should be allowed! If anyone has a photo, Please let me know!) Fleet Week 2002 is scheduled for May 22-28 in New York City, bringing approx. 8,000 service members and tens of thousands of tourists to NYC. Because of the World Trade Center tragedy and the fact that US service members are now deployed around the world, this promises to be perhaps he most important and patriotic Fleet Week in the 14 years NYC has hosted America's premiere "thank you" party to the services. The Harbor Watch is the "Fleet Week" paper, as we're delivered to the visiting ships, the attending Service personnel and on-board the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum where many of the Fleet Week events take place.
