Daytona Beach, Florida -- Rent our private cottage and enjoy all the comforts of home - available year-round. "The Cottage" is nestled in the rear of our private property, just 2 short blocks from the Atlantic Ocean.

This small cottage will sleep 4 (four) people. The Cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed for two people, the other " very small" bedroom has a twin bed for one person. The living room has a Lazyboy® couch that folds out to a double bed for two people. There is a kitchen and a bathroom (with sink, toilet & shower).

We will be glad to assist you in any way during your stay in the Daytona Beach area. We can suggest local restaurants, attractions and provide directions you may need.
The cottage is located in a nice beachside neighborhood and due to the fact that it is located in the rear of our private property, it is very private, so you can feel safe parking your motorcycles next to the cottage.

Arrival & Departure Times
We are pretty liberal / casual as far as arrival and departure times are concerned.
ARRIVAL TIME: We'll leave the light on and the cottage door unlocked for your arrival so you can come-on-in "anytime" on your first day. This way you could stay exactly 24 hours of your first day. Since all your payments will be paid in full before you get here, you can just bring all your stuff in and start your enjoyable stay at anytime of the day or night of the first day of your stay. 3AM arrival, no problem... come on in.
DEPARTURE TIME: You don't have to be out by 11AM on your checkout day. A typical checkout day goes like this for most people, they pack and load their stuff during the morning then they leave after having lunch (about 2PMish), like I said, we are pretty liberal / casual about checkout. The only, time there may be a different situation would be if there is someone else checking in after your stay. We do need time to clean the cottage to ready it for the next people. But usually, that isn't the case. We don't like pressure and don't want to impose pressure on anyone else.
Deposit & Cancellation Information
Due to high demands for lodging in Daytona Beach during Bike Week and Biketoberfest a non-refundable deposit of ½ needs to be paid upon reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: During "Event Periods", the required minimum stay must be paid in full - one month prior to the first day of the Event Period. Due to the high demand for accommodations during Event Periods, your deposit is non-refundable.

During "Non-Event Periods", a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please make sure that you want to rent the cottage before you make any payments. We do not return any deposits or payments in full for any reason. Even if it is an emergency in your life, we don't refund any payments for any reason. Your payment is your commitment to the rental. When we rent the cottage, it is a done deal. The only thing you can do is to find someone else to take your place. If you cancel your reservation or rental for any reason we may miss out of renting the cottage for the special event or time period. Please, make a payment only if you are going to go through with your rental. We have never had any problem with cancellation of any kind in all the years that we have rented the cottage. We hope you understand.

What's all this "non-refundable" talk about?
All this "non-refundable" talk is for the benefit of you and us. In that, we only have this one cottage and it has continuously been rented every year during every event in Daytona Beach. Everyone that has rented the cottage has been happy with their stay and our non-refundable policy. Our policy seems to attract a good quality of visitor that wants to enjoy the peaceful environment that our little cottage provides. Every biker group of people that have stayed in the cottage have really enjoyed that they are so close to all the Bike Week action, yet can easily escape all the action by "coming home" to their own little hidden away cottage. A safe place for them and their bike in a nice neighborhood. Many people choose to stay here with us instead of staying in a motel where the safety of their motorcycle is at question.
